Course Introduction
Detail: Emotional Intelligence in Personal Development, Leadership, Learning and Happiness Course for Professionals

The proposed program is following the newest guidelines and practical knowledge in neurobiology, psychology and philosophy for the most efficient personal development in social and emotional learning. This would include training in teamwork, leadership, relationships, conflict management, stress management. 

Through highly interactive exercises, validated scientific tests, role playing and reflective discussions we together determine the competencies that are most critical for personal and business development of each participant.

This assessment is based on the key competencies required to succeed today in a very competitive world. Data is coming from multiple sources using multiple methods to maximize validity like Perception Profile, Ego States, Talent Audit, Mood Meter tests.  

Feedback is delivered in a safe and supportive environment while maximizing learner’s choices. People are more motivated to change when they freely choose to do so. Emotional and social intelligence can be learned and developed.

There are no prerequisites for this course. However, the course will be conducted in English, reading and writing comfortably in English is desirable. E-book and the list of suggested reading will be provided.

Grace Grazyna Tallar M.A., HR strategist, seasonal Harvard Business Review Teaching Partner, has over 35 years of international business experience. She has been a pioneer in HR simulation and assessment centre since 1998. At present, she specializes in the areas of Human Resources, career counseling, emotional intelligence and cultural diversity in the workplace.

She is an international expert in Talent Management, Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Intelligence & Diversity. Founder of Creative Management Training and 3D Recruiting™ Centre, has over 35 years of international business experience. In Canada, she worked coast to coast. She spent many years in the high technology industries: Allied Signal Aerospace Corporation and Canadian Marconi Company. She has also worked with organizations in local and state governments.

She provided many years of leadership, teaching, training, coaching, writing and public speaking to thousands of people – internationally; trained over 15,000 top managers worldwide, using the most effective methodological concepts from the structural and transactional analysis. Following her mentors Peter Salovey, John Mayer, David Caruso, Steven Stein, Daniel Goleman and Prof. Edward Necka from Krakow University, she designed many EQ training programs increasing motivation, innovation and productivity. 

She also helped international clients create learning and development environment. Following the requirements of Human Resources Skills Development Canada, assisted internationally trained professionals on PROCONNECT program. Helped international clients create learning and development environment, designed on-line e-learning programs and tests for social and emotional intelligence. Provided Humber College with learning material for Internationally Trained Professionals, organized Polish School in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec.

A graduate of Warsaw University and McGill University, an international business consultant, journalist and dynamic trainer, Grace has developed and improved management systems in both Europe and North America. She is the author of many business books. She writes in both languages: Polish and English.
